台南市驚傳員警遭歹徒襲殺事件，地點在安南區北汕尾三路一帶，今天上午11時48分許，2名員警疑似是要追捕逃犯，反而遭到對方攻擊，2名員警當場失去生命跡象，2人都疑似遭到割喉，頸部撕裂傷，滿身是血，傷勢相當嚴重，連警車車門都布滿血跡，消防局據報派遣救護車趕抵現場，並將2名員警分別送往奇美及安南醫院急救，遺憾的是2人均傷重不治身亡，警方下午在案發現場附近高中廁所找到贓車，雖曾傳出鎖定一名陳姓男子，但網路上流傳警車紀錄器影像卻不像此人，也讓案情陷入膠著，晚間也傳出被認為是疑凶的陳偉捷已經出面投案，正被警方帶回偵訊，他高喊我不是凶手，因此出面說明；另傳出凶手身影出現在赤嵌樓附近，警方也已深入調查。

據了解，南市警二分局民權派出所員警凃明誠、曹瑞傑，值勤時疑似在追緝贓車途中發生車禍，附近民眾見狀本以為是交通事故，報案後才發現竟是殺警案，兩人身上多處刀傷，甚至還遭到割喉，最後2人因傷重不治宣告死亡，案件正由第二、第三分局調查中，並全力動員追兇，歹徒狀況與事件詳細經過都須調查釐清。

警方初步調查，凃姓與曹姓員警接獲機車失竊情資，調閱相關畫面後，發現犯嫌行蹤出現在安南區土城一帶，便開著警車前往，另外再通報一個陳姓員警前往支援，沒想到陳姓員警到場時，發現2人已經倒臥血泊中，立刻通報救護車前來，但2人傷勢過重，凃姓員警、曹姓員警身上多處刀傷，脖子都遭到割喉，曹姓員警血幾乎流乾，警車內及車門血跡斑斑，車窗玻璃還有槍擊痕跡，現場找到6顆彈殼，凃員的配槍及剩餘子彈也不翼而飛，現在另外找到一把BB彈玩具手槍，是否為兇嫌所有有待調查。

網路另外流傳一張截圖，持槍男子並不像陳男，也讓案情陷入膠著。（讀者提供）兇嫌下手後騎乘車牌369-PGB重型機車逃逸，警方也在附近的土城高中找到疑似贓車，目前正在調查中，警方也公布相關資料，凶嫌疑似是25歲的陳偉捷，家住安南區，有多項前科，但已經被家人通報失蹤，行蹤難以掌握，但後來網路又流傳一張警車行車紀錄器的影像，殺警男子外表並不像陳偉捷，也讓案情陷入膠著，若民眾發現可疑人士可通報警方；內政部長徐國勇、警政署長黃明昭也南下坐鎮，徐國勇受訪時相當震怒，他說殺警天理難容，兩名員警都比他兒子年輕，政府與警方會全力緝凶，也會對殉職員警從優撫卹。
陳偉捷影像透過網路社群、媒體瘋傳，疑似是因為受不了壓力，今天下午向警方投案，並喊冤凶手不是他；目前從多方證據顯示殺警者可能另外其人，但仍有待偵訊釐清，另外警方從可疑影像與土城高中贓車及物品鑑識結果交互比對，將循線深入追查逮人，以了解整起案件真相。
