網路充斥假訊息 恆警請民眾勿轉傳以免官司纏身

恆春分局於昨(29)日上午7時許發現本轄知名臉書公共事務論壇專頁有民眾貼文，指稱本轄「有人發傳單不要拿，上面有迷藥會被迷暈」，還稱「這是我姪女發生的真實事件」、「傳單有拿去給警方檢測出有藥物的反應」等語，文章張貼後立即遭數十次轉傳分享及民眾留言，除了關心案情外，還有民眾氣憤地留言說要把兇嫌「抓出來」，已在本轄民眾間造成恐慌，恆警獲報後相當重視，立即清查本轄各分駐派出所，均未接獲此類案件報案，並隨即通知文章張貼者到案說明。
張貼者詹姓民眾到案後表示，其是在Line群組內聽到一段女性用錄音方式指稱有音譯為「玉婷」的親戚在加油站拿到傳單，拿了之後就開始暈眩且被跟蹤，趕緊停在別人家門口且報警才未發生危害，該傳單經警方化驗有迷藥成分等犯案手法，呼籲大家別拿傳單，詹男聽到後唯恐其他民眾受害，未經查證便張貼於臉書公共事務論壇內提醒民眾，詹男所為雖係出於好意，惟已成為謠言散佈者，該行為已涉違反社會秩序維護法第63條第1項第5款規定，可處三日以下拘留或新臺幣三萬元以下罰鍰，警詢後恆警也將詹男依違反社維法移請屏東地方法院簡易庭裁處。
恆春分局分局長林明波表示，此類謠言其實已流傳許久，依版本不同早已成為「都市傳說」，亦即大家有聽過，但都沒人見過，除了拿傳單，還有試用香水噴了就會暈倒，揮揮手帕也會暈倒，拍拍肩膀也會暈倒等版本，其實如果真的存在這種迷藥，醫院的麻醉師恐怕早就都失業了。網路上充斥各種謠言、假訊息，恆警特別呼籲民眾「謠言止於智者」，多查證，不傳謠，當個有智慧的現代網路使用者。
