開6槍奪2命只為好友挺女人不挺兄弟 金文龍判無期徒刑

綽號「叩頭輝」的男子金文龍，因為金錢糾紛與相識30年的姚姓老友起了衝突，2020年2月21日竟然「侵門踏戶」，持槍跑到姚男住處尋釁，近距離朝著姚男及其郭姓女友開了6槍，2人不幸身亡，金男行凶後甚至還到姚男經營的檳榔攤砸店，行徑極為囂張，他逃亡5天後在佳里街頭遭警方逮捕；台南地方法院經過2年多審理，今（30）日判處金男無期徒刑、褫奪公權終身。

54歲的金男與53歲的姚男原本情同兄弟，2人與姚男43歲的郭姓女友共同投資工地的檳榔、飲料、餐點外送生意，但因為帳目不清引發衝突，金男在2020年2月17日酒後到姚男位於佳里的檳榔攤鬧事，郭女報警處理，警方到場後又查出金男是肇逃通緝犯，將他帶回警所，金當時還大鬧派出所，也種下禍根。
21日當天，金男搭乘白牌車前往姚男位於將軍青鯤鯓的住處，進屋後發現姚、郭在場，立刻開譙「有錢搖擺」，並掏出手槍朝著2人胸腹各開3槍，隨即逃離現場，前後不到2分鐘，姚男當場死亡、郭女則在醫院待了11天也不治；金男殺人後還跑去檳榔攤砸店。
佳里警方成立專案小組追查，發現金男丟棄手機，又開車到轉運站棄車，故佈疑陣，營造已經離開台南的假象，實則回到七股躲藏，警方佈線追查，掌握金男行蹤，25日晚間在佳里街頭逮到騎乘機車外出的金男，並在他身上起出做案的改造手槍及6發子彈，金男被抓後供稱是因姚跟他多年朋友，竟然只挺女人不挺兄弟，他又喝了酒情緒失控才鑄下大錯，但家屬無法接受此說詞，認為金男行為「惡質！太過分！」
