臺南市於111年9月20日公布第9波酒（毒）駕累犯名單，本次公布7名累犯違規人，累計公布43人。本次公布違規地點分別在歸仁區2名、永康區1名、中西區2名、佳里區1名、安定區1名，交通局依法公布姓名、照片及違法事實等資訊。

臺南市交通局表示，酒駕新法已於111年3月31日上路，依新法規定，10年內如有酒（毒）駕再犯或酒（毒）駕拒測者（累犯記錄自108年7月1日起算），得公告違規人姓名、照片及違規事實，資料公布於交通局網站「臺南市酒駕及拒測累犯者公布專區」(網址 https://traffic.tainan.gov.tw/Service/Roadsafety/DrunkDriving )，由交通事件裁決中心定期上傳名單。

交通事件裁決中心提醒，駕駛人如有飲酒，可搭計程車、請親友接送或指定駕駛，切勿心存僥倖駕車上路，以免害人又害己。酒駕除涉及刑法公共危險罪外，違規人並有罰鍰、吊扣（銷）駕照、道安講習等處罰，累犯者將公告其姓名、照片及違法事實。
