南警常訓遇呼救聲 警跳四米深山溝 即刻救援挽回寶貴性命

臺南市政府警察局第三分局督察組教官戴三棋、助教黃位旗、常訓人員巡官黃田宇、警員陳河鎮、林昭濱等5人，於111年10月14日前往南市白河區大凍山進行警察人員常年訓練，14時50分忽聽聞山友呼救聲，有民眾摔落山道旁4米深山區水溝浮沉，警員林昭濱救人心切立即跳入山溝將人托起，並實施CPR，另通知救護車協助民眾救護送醫。

南警三分局督察組教官戴三棋等5員昨(14)日前往大凍山進行登山常年訓練，返程途中聽聞慌張呼救聲，趕緊前往查看，發現一男性民眾疑似因身體不適，不慎摔落該處檳榔山區水溝浮沉，該民眾摔落時頭部疑似遭到大力撞擊而昏迷，且已沉入水溝中情況緊急，警員林昭濱二話不說跳下4米深山溝展開救援，但該民眾已無呼吸，林員立即施以CPR與閻王搶人，所幸南警救援及時，成功挽回寶貴生命。

南警三分局表示，警察除了打擊犯罪、維護治安之外，民衆的生命安全，更是警方責無旁貸的責任，「身在公門好修行」南警的每位同仁都會盡自己最大的努力保護民眾財產及生命的安全。
