3男深夜囂張路邊吸毒菸 南警盤檢起獲咖啡毒包送辦

27日深夜1時許李姓男子開車載著兩名陳姓友人準備至市區KTV歡唱，途中在中正路與河中街口，竟在「河樂廣場」旁停車抽起愷他命毒菸，毒味飄散至車外，台南市政府警察局第二分局之海安巡邏員警經過聞到異味，立即上前盤查，發現3人於車內吞雲吐霧，這時被突然出現的警察3人全驚嚇到，下車檢查驚魂未定、答非所問。後續員警在後方陳姓男子腳旁發現7包印有日文膠原蛋白之毒咖啡包，經查為第三級毒品愷他命、重達43.99公克，全案將陳等3嫌帶回調查，並依毒品危害防制條例來調查送辦。
經查，李姓等3名好友深夜相約準備來市區KTV徹夜歡唱，並由其中陳姓友人隨身攜帶7包外觀印有日文「膠原蛋白-高濃度」白色包裝之愷他命毒品咖啡包準備來助興。三人一同駕車行經河樂廣場旁，竟一邊看著美景一邊於車上吸起毒菸，台南市政府警察局第二分局之海安所警員黃游成、王威雲經過聞到異味，立即上前盤查，3人準備下車受檢時為員警發現後方乘客座上有白色粉末，並在陳姓乘客腳旁發現7包膠原蛋白毒品咖啡包，經就包裝內物品實施篩檢呈現第三級毒品愷他命陽性反應，重達43.99公克。毒品持有人陳姓乘客及同車李、陳兩人也為帶回調查，續尿液初步篩檢3人均呈現第三級毒品陽性反應，全案將陳等3嫌依毒品危害防制條例調查送辦，並將追查其等毒品來源。
第二分局表示，賴員警執勤中認真詳予觀察並善用技巧突破心防；警察也會持續就「安居緝毒」列為重點工作，並加強轄區各治安重點區域及路段之掃蕩，並善用各項勤務方式，不斷向上溯源、向下刨根，以打造無毒生活環境。（圖/臺南市政府警察局第二分局提供)
