安南醫院十週年院慶典禮 副總統賴清德盼醫療能深入社區

臺南市立安南醫院於今(14)日舉辦創立10週年院慶典禮，副總統賴清德場祝賀。
臺南市立安南醫院於今(14)日舉辦創立10週年院慶典禮，由安南醫院院長林聖哲主持，包括副總統賴清德、臺南市長黃偉哲等貴賓均到場祝賀，與安南醫院全體同仁齊見證十週年里程碑。市長黃偉哲致詞時表示，安南區以前醫療資源不足，且人口老化嚴重，在地居民就醫只能舟車勞頓前往市區，當初台南市政府跟中國醫藥大學合作，以BOT的方式設立安南醫院，這個選擇與過程不管對市府、市民，以及對中國醫藥大學，都是最好的選擇，從這10年來醫院所創下的成就，包含金擘獎、國際JCI評鑑、金展獎、4項SNQ及品管圈榮獲銅塔獎等肯定，也為在地就業機會做出貢獻。這些成果也可以看到林院長及全體同仁的努力，很感謝當初賴副總統的堅持，能夠把這個醫院在最短的時間內建設到最好。

黃偉哲指出，所謂「10年樹木、百年樹人」，安南醫院10年來既樹木、又樹人，在樹木的部分來看，不管是在硬體的建設，或者是整體環境，能夠提供更好的設備來服務市民朋友，樹人的部分，不管是對醫療同仁的訓練與成長，以及對社區衛生促進的服務，都有非常好的成績，特別是在防疫成效上面，台南市從疫情以來，確診率是六都最低的，中重症也是六都最低的、死亡率也是六度最低的，這些都要感謝醫療同仁，包括成大、安南醫院，提供非常強力的協助，讓台南安然度過疫情最嚴重的時期，現在疫情已走到另外一個階段，病毒本身的致死率已經沒有那麼高，要維持疫後市民健康及好的生活品質，仍有賴所有醫療同仁的努力。

副總統賴清德致詞時也分享自己與安南醫院的淵源，他回顧安南醫院成立前，安南區每萬人口病床數只有7.6床，遠低於醫療網規劃目標之35床，於是臺南市政府計劃興建一所包括急、慢性、復健及精神病照護的高水準綜合醫院，安南醫院也成為地方政府主政的第1座、也是全國第2座的醫療建設BOT案。現在的安南醫院擁有電腦斷層等最先進的醫療技術與設備，能夠給民眾更好的醫療服務，也要感謝黃偉哲市長所率領的市府團隊的大力協助，還有立委、議員及里長能夠非常支持，他期待未來安南醫院在中國醫藥大學的指導與支援下，能走出醫院、深入社區，全力邁向一流醫療照護機構。
安南醫院作為南臺灣首座醫療建設BOT案，自2013年正式營運以來，秉持「救急、救腦、救心、救命」使命，全年、全天候、全方位地投入預防、醫療、復健、長照領域，且持續精進醫療專業，接連成立13個特色醫療中心、引進全新設備如1024切全景電腦斷層、混成手術室（Hybrid OR）等，更於去年獲第20屆金擘獎民間團隊特優獎肯定──這是安南醫院第二次奪獎，也是促參案史無前例的經典案例。
台南市長黃偉哲也出席今日活動。
安南醫院院長林聖哲表示，感謝兩位前任院長的奉獻，他接任院長兩年來，安南醫院有三大焦點目標，分別為：一、人才延攬，組織再造；二、建立開放型的醫院，加強與合作醫療院所的交流；三、籌備Smart Hospital，積極培訓AI人員。未來，期許所有市民、病友及家屬繼續鼓勵與支持安南醫院。
