影/假檢警詐欺機房藏身屏東民宿 屏警偵破逮20嫌

屏東縣政府警察局於實施清源專案清查時，發現在本轄某處民宿疑似有從事不法活動之跡象，查證後發現該處可能為詐欺機房，隨即報請臺灣屏東地方檢察署指揮偵辦，並由屏東縣政府警察局恆春分局、刑警大隊、刑事警察局第八大隊及屏東憲兵隊組成聯合專案小組，近日見時機成熟，由專案小組成員進行攻堅，現場計查獲詐欺集團成員20名(其中有7名通緝犯)，起出犯案用行動電話35支、平板電腦18台、筆記型電腦6台、詐騙教戰手則1份、監視器3台、網路分享器2台等證物，並查扣自小客車3部，初步清查有23名被害人，財損金額確認中。

經深入調查發現該集團是以「假檢警」方式假冒公安，向被害人詐稱涉嫌刑事案件，須將存款匯入「監管帳戶」或提領後交給警察機關監管，警詢後將該20名犯嫌依違反刑法詐欺罪嫌移送臺灣屏東地檢署偵辦，經檢察官複訊後針對19名犯嫌聲請羈押，臺灣屏東地方法院已於昨(17)日召開羈押庭審理，裁定19名皆收押禁見。
警政署自今(112)年起特別規劃推動「清源專案2.0工作計畫」，由各分駐(派出)所、地方分局發揮在地優勢，針對轄內可能潛藏之高風險犯罪處所如製毒、製槍、汽機車解體工廠，詐欺、賭博機房及私行拘禁帳戶開戶人處所等7大類場所詳細清查，以清除犯罪根源。

屏東縣政府警察局局長蔡文峰表示，詐騙集團的手法推陳出新、層出不窮，本次破獲的假檢警詐騙，就是詐稱民眾的帳戶涉及詐騙或洗錢刑案，存款將被凍結或沒收，利用民眾的恐懼心理，將款項提領或匯款給詐欺集團的人頭帳戶進行「監管」，特別向民眾呼籲，法院、檢察及警察機關不會向民眾監管帳戶或現金，接獲可疑電話時應果斷掛掉電話，並撥打「165」反詐騙電話諮詢，確保血汗錢不會被騙走，屏警將持續實施清源專案查察，拔除危害治安毒瘤，以維護社會治安環境。
