假求職真囚禁 歸仁警分局 4小時內偵破擄人勒贖案

警方逮捕犯嫌17人（圖＿歸仁警分局提供）。
台南歸仁警分局於6月15日晚上八點，接獲盧姓被害人2兄弟之母親報案，盧母稱渠兒子2人遭人押走，歹徒要求付新臺幣500萬元贖款才肯放人。分局獲悉後立即組成專案小組，動員所屬於當日23時許在轄內仁德區趁犯嫌欲取贖款時，以優勢警力逮捕謝姓等4名犯嫌，並救出被害人盧姓弟弟。
盧姓弟弟被救出後告知專案小組，其哥哥及另一鐘姓男子被同批歹徒控制在臺南市南區某一民宅內，且曾遭該批歹徒持槍抵住頭部，揚言若拿不到錢，要抓到山上拿槍殺掉。歸仁警分局隨即會同該地點所在之第六分局同仁，於凌晨0時聯手發動攻堅，除救出盧姓哥哥及鐘姓被害人外，當場查扣歹徒所有之手機22支、西瓜刀4把、斧頭一把、棍棒一枝、監視器主機1組、商業本票2本、假投資公司印章2枚及假投資契約書等證物。
警方初步了解，盧姓兄弟及鐘姓男子等3人，因求職過程發現犯嫌從事詐欺行為所以拒絕配合，即於6月13日23時遭到該等犯嫌拘禁。期間遭該歹徒持棍棒毆打、持槍抵頭威嚇。
歸仁分局表示，本案有如柬埔寨虐囚案翻版，歹徒囚禁來應徵者並施予凌虐，分局專案小組目前已安全救出被害人3人，及逮捕犯嫌17人（11男6女），後續將擴大偵查，釐清有無其他被害人，並朝擄人勒贖、私行拘禁、質押人口、詐欺、傷害、恐嚇及組織犯罪條例等罪嫌。報請臺灣臺南地方檢署檢察官指揮偵辦外，另呼籲民眾勿輕信不切實際之高薪求職廣告，以避免遭受不法侵害。
