春節假期留心麻將肩、手機關節炎、大掃除等酸痛症上身
春節假期常見由於過度運用肌肉，造成各種不同程度肌肉傷害的特別酸痛症，如「麻將肩」、「手機關節炎」，以及頻繁清潔、打包、搬重物，造成手部或腰部肌肉過勞的大掃除「仙杜瑞拉酸痛症」等；這些酸痛症大部分都是因為肌肉使用不當、過度使用及不正確的姿勢所造成，安南醫提醒：應適當的休息，才不會造成肌肉過度疲勞而酸痛。

安南醫院林芳嫻醫師表示，春節假期常見因大掃除造成各種身體疼痛，包含因為清潔工作造成手部肌肉過勞，形成所謂的「網球肘」及「高爾夫球肘」；腰部因過度彎腰或提重物，造成「腰椎神經痛」及「坐骨神經痛」，甚至有時會使先前已存在的椎間板突出或脊椎滑脫症變得更為嚴重，這些症狀統稱為春節「大掃除酸痛症」。
另外，有些民眾於春節假期中選擇打麻將聯絡感情，不過由於過久的肩部及手部運動，造成類似五十肩的症狀，往往也被戲稱為「麻將肩」；近幾年出現的青少年酸痛族群，則多為春節期間在家日夜上網，忘了正確的坐姿，造成頸部及背部的肌肉酸痛，患了「上網族酸痛症」；以及許多線上遊戲發燒友，由於長時間以手指推動滑鼠，造成指間的關節過度摩擦，形成關節局部發炎而疼痛，可稱之為「滑鼠關節痛」。

林芳嫻醫師說，這些酸痛症大部分都是因為肌肉使用不當、過度使用及不正確的姿勢所造成，因此除要注意正確坐姿、站姿及彎腰的姿勢外，還要避免過度使用肌肉，也就是說，使用一段時間後要給予足夠的時間休息，才可繼續使用。例如大掃除應工作半小時或一小時後，休息5～10分鐘才繼續工作；打麻將也一樣，更不要日以繼夜打電腦、電動或滑手機，應有適當的休息時間或間斷性上網，同時保持良好的姿勢，才不會造成肌肉過度疲勞而酸痛。

一旦出現春節疼痛症候群，林芳嫻醫師建議先休息，避免肌肉再度受傷及惡化，同時可做些簡單的復健，例如使用酸痛藥膏或薄荷油（白花油、綠油精…）按摩患部肌肉及熱敷等；如果效果不佳，應找醫師做正確的診斷，找出原因依病情給予適當治療。她強調，其實此類疼痛大部份都是所謂「肌筋膜症候群」，只要找出壓痛點給予適當處理，再加上口服止痛、消炎、鎮靜、肌肉鬆弛藥物等，大部分都可以快速復原。
