嘉縣培育青年創業 媒合企業簽署百萬投資意向金

由嘉義縣政府勞工暨青年發展處主辦、嘉義縣創新創業協會執行的「嘉點好漾美好生活提案計劃」18日展現亮眼成果，此次拔擢13組亮點團隊，從發想、提案到實踐，經培育輔導紛紛脫穎而出，更成功媒合企業界提供總價300萬投資意向，今天在縣長翁章梁見證下簽署投資意向書，為企業、創業團隊激發更多可能性。

「嘉點好漾」計劃匯集嘉義縣11個鄉鎮市、22組在地青年團隊提案，一對一業師輔導及資源分享提供創業初期穩固底盤，最終以符合在地需求性、市場潛力、產品/服務/技術創新性作為決選重點；參與評審的南華大學副校長林辰璋說，政府提供的資源及業界輔導是創業過程必要的滋養元素，且多數團隊都不認為成果展是終點，反而腦袋裡都在不斷思考翻轉，如何才能讓自家產品變更好、更連結在地文化，顯示計劃兼顧創業與市場需求，是最成功的一點。
獲第三名的嬉溪C則代表青創團隊上台分享心路歷程，團員其中一人是嘉義溪口人，考量溪口鄉青壯年人才外流，為改善逐漸高齡化的社區，發想製作電子有聲繪本，希望大家來溪口都能「笑嘻嘻」；他們非常感謝能參與計劃，雖團隊都是大學生，對創業概念、提案的想法還不夠成熟，但透過培訓收穫良多，也大開眼界，草創過程得到很多人幫助相當感動。
此外，縣府成功媒合企業界資源給予12組潛力團隊，其中以「懂吃懂吃－教育媒合平台」獲「台灣區塊鏈投資公司」提供100萬投資意向、「蒜頭尚青」獲「豐成投資股份有限公司」提供100萬投資意向、「嬉溪C」獲「臥龍網路營銷有限公司」提供50萬投資意向及「癮JOY體育課」獲「美學健康國際有限公司」提供50萬投資意向，總價達300萬表現亮眼，各企業負責人也到場支持，公開簽署意向書表示肯定。
鈴蘭碗粿、元辰Ture、德旺虎文創生活館、小白海鮮+互蕙好食也分別獲得企業協助市場通路資源；以及愛在山林創意藍染、小義仁工作坊、佇嘉文化故事、嘉義順發製油則獲相關計劃資源協助，使創業成果延續。

翁章梁指出，這次匯集有想法、敢實踐的年輕人發揮在地產業的創意，也看到他們在地方努力的故事，勞青處成立後更彰顯嘉義縣青年在獨特思維裡創造的奇蹟，政府給予適當幫助創造正向循環，希望這樣的循環持續幫助想創業的一群人走上正途。
勞青處長陳奕翰表示，嘉點好漾協助創業團隊提高存活率，也陪著地方青年勇敢轉型、創新，達到「創業點子優化、符合在地需求、在地青年培力」三大目的，強化團隊韌性，走過初期艱辛。
此次獲獎名單，第一名、懂吃懂吃－教育媒合平台，第二名、蒜頭尚青，第三名、嬉溪C，優選團隊包括鈴蘭碗粿、愛在山林創意藍染。
